Charlotte- The Charlotte office of global law firm K&L Gates LLP has added C. Chad Warpula as a partner in the firm’s corporate practice. Warpula joins K&L Gates from Dale Earnhardt, Inc., and Earnhardt Ganassi Racing with Felix Sabates, LLC, where he was Executive Vice President and General Counsel.
